Qualifications

• Six months of Walgreens experience (internal candidates) or one year of prior retail work experience.
• Fluent reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to multi‑task and manage execution.
• Experience in identifying operational issues and recommending and implementing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Maintains inventory accuracy across front end and pharmacy.
• Receives, counts, prices, processes returns, and supports planogram compliance.
• Reviews reports and systems to ensure on‑hand balances and pricing accuracy.
• Performs store opening/closing duties including cash handling and POS responsibilities.
• Coaches team on warehouse and vendor inventory processes and deliveries.
