The role entails optimizing inventory processes, maintaining vault organization, and collaborating with departments to ensure accurate product masters and pricing. Strong leadership, communication, and cannabis knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Missouri cannabis laws and regulations.
• Ability to obtain a Missouri Agent ID.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license and clean MV report as required by policy.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Understanding of cannabis strains and medicinal effects.

Responsibilities

• Count and reconcile inventory to ensure accuracy.
• Perform daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly audits and reconciliations.
• Maintain organized vault and inventory space for cannabis products.
• Validate product consistency between Dutchie and METRC weekly audits.
• Relate inventory issues to management after root-cause analysis.
• Receive and input deliveries; prep vault and fulfillment areas.
• Update product masters and in-store menu; scrub product info online.
• Ensure displays comply with state regulations; cover shifts when needed.
• Assist with budtending, front desk duties, and order fulfillment.
