Job summary

Justice Cannabis is seeking an Inventory Manager to lead all dispensary inventory operations, ensuring accuracy, regulatory compliance, and efficient stock control across cannabis and related products.

You will maintain Metrc and POS records, conduct regular audits, and lead the Inventory Coordinators with onboarding, training, and performance reviews. This role requires a hands-on leader who can improve processes and drive results.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of inventory management experience in a retail or regulated industry; cannabis experience strongly preferred.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience with proven ability to coach and lead a team.
• Working knowledge of Metrc and retail POS systems.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze and reconcile complex data.
• Familiarity with state-specific cannabis inventory and tracking regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all inventory operations within the dispensary, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly inventory records for cannabis and ancillary products in Metrc and POS.
• Conduct cycle counts, audits, and reconciliations; resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with state and local cannabis regulations, including tracking and reporting.
• Supervise Inventory Coordinators; provide coaching, onboarding, and performance feedback.
• Coordinate with vendors to maintain stock levels and product variety.
• Prepare and analyze inventory reports to support sales trends and turnover.
