Job summary

Curaleaf in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Lead Inventory Coordinator to keep finished goods accurate, compliant, and moving in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You’ll perform cycle counts, operate forklifts, and maintain ERP data while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

This full-time, first-shift role offers starting pay $21.50 per hour, regular hours Monday–Friday, 6:00am–2:30pm, and benefits including PTO, life/disability insurance, and product discounts.

Qualifications

• Experience operating powered industrial trucks in a warehouse/manufacturing environment.
• Strong math abilities and working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Forklift certification preferred or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Drive inventory accuracy by detailed counts, audits, and system updates.
• Handle and move product safely with forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Maintain compliance by collecting and filing documentation per state cannabis regs.
• Support wholesale fulfillment with picking, packaging, counting, and scanning.
• Lead scheduling, training, and mentoring inventory personnel.
• Manage Dynamics 365 ERP data and monitor warehouse supplies with root‑cause analysis.
• Promote safety and efficiency through equipment inspections and OSHA practices.
• Address order fulfillment challenges to keep operations on track.
