Job summary

Curaleaf is seeking an Inventory Coordinator in Holbrook, AZ to support accurate inventory movement and ensure compliance across production and warehouse operations.

You will perform regular counts, audits, and data entry, partnering with the Inventory Manager to improve tracking, reporting, and efficiency across processes.

This full-time role runs Monday–Friday, 6:00am–2:30pm, with growth opportunities within a leading cannabis company.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in data management, inventory auditing, and using inventory systems or Excel.
• Highly organized, analytical, and collaborative with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and operate in a physically active warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inventory inspections, counts, and monthly audits across production areas.
• Reconcile physical and system inventory levels and verify finished goods receipts from manufacturing.
• Assist with lost SKU investigations and report discrepancies with proper documentation.
• Support order fulfillment by picking, pulling, and labeling finished goods as needed.
• Accurately entering and maintaining data to ensure compliance with internal policies and state regulations.
• Prepare weekly compliance reports and support audit needs.
