Job summary

Curaleaf is seeking an Inventory Coordinator in Buckeye Lake, OH, to ensure accurate inventory movement and strong compliance across production and warehouse teams. You will partner with the Inventory Manager to uphold data integrity and efficient processes.

Candidates should have 1+ years in data management and inventory auditing, with proficiency in Excel and inventory systems. This role requires physical activity and a 7:30am–4:00pm schedule, Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of data management and inventory auditing experience.
• Experience with inventory systems or Excel.
• Strong numerical and data entry skills.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inventory counts and monthly audits across all production areas.
• Reconcile physical and system inventory levels and verify finished goods received from manufacturing.
• Assist with lost SKU investigations and promptly report discrepancies with proper documentation.
• Support order fulfillment by picking, pulling, and labeling finished goods as needed.
• Accurately entering and maintaining data to ensure compliance with internal policies and state regulations.
• Preparing weekly compliance reports and supporting audits and compliance-related updates.
• Providing training on data collection, auditing procedures, and inventory best practices.
• Identifying opportunities to improve inventory tracking, reporting accuracy, and overall operational efficiency.
