Job summary

Curaleaf is seeking an Inventory Coordinator in Litchfield, IL, to ensure accurate inventory movement and strong compliance across production and warehouse teams. The role collaborates with the Inventory Manager to maintain data integrity and efficient processes.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year experience in data management and inventory auditing, with familiarity with Excel and inventory systems. This full-time position requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work a 7:30am–6:30pm shift

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in data management and inventory auditing.
• Experience with inventory systems or Excel.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inventory inspections, counts, and monthly audits across all production areas.
• Reconciling physical and system inventory levels and verifying finished goods received from manufacturing.
• Assist with lost SKU investigations and report discrepancies with proper documentation.
• Support order fulfillment by picking, pulling, and labeling finished goods as needed.
• Accurately entering and maintaining data to ensure compliance with internal policies and state regulations.
• Prepare weekly compliance reports and support audit needs and compliance-related updates.
• Provide training on data collection, auditing procedures, and inventory best practices to maintain data integrity.
• Identify opportunities to improve inventory tracking, reporting accuracy, and overall operational efficiency.
• Uphold company policies and regulatory standards while participating in continuous process improvement initiatives.
