Job summary

Trulieve in Chandler, AZ is seeking an Associate Inventory Manager to support the General Manager in daily operations, inventory control, and regulatory compliance. You will help lead store staff, ensure accuracy of stock reporting, and uphold company SOPs while delivering an excellent patient experience.

This role requires a high school diploma, prior retail or customer service leadership, cash handling experience, and strong interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Monitor and maintain store inventory and ensure accuracy of inventory reporting

• Perform system adjustments and analyze root causes
• Open/close procedures and supervise staff
• Maintain brand standards in merchandising
• Handle patient issues and escalations
