Job summary

Walgreens Co. is seeking a dedicated team member to execute, monitor, and train inventory best practices across front end and pharmacy.

You will oversee receiving, counting, ordering, pricing, returns, and planogram accuracy to ensure On-Shelf Availability and compliant inventory processes. In this role you will verify pharmacy shipments, manage stock counts, support pricing tasks, and assist with window for store opening/closing when acting as leader on duty, delivering excellent customer

Qualifications

• Six months of prior Walgreens experience or one year of prior retail work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Attention to detail and ability to multi task and manage execution.
• Experience in identifying operational issues and recommending and implementing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Executes, monitors, and trains inventory best practices for the entire store (front end and pharmacy).
• Supports inventory management activities: receiving, counting, ordering, and returns.
• Manages pricing, on-shelf availability, planograms, and stock counts across departments.
• Verifies and posts pharmacy shipments; manages pharmacy orders and recalls when required.
• Opens/closes the store as leader on duty, handling cash and POS tasks as needed.
• Maintains inventory records and ensures compliance with state/local regulations.
