Job summary

Walgreens is seeking an inventory-focused team member to execute and monitor store-wide inventory procedures across front-end and pharmacy. You will assist with receiving, counting, ordering, returns, and planogram validation while ensuring accurate pricing and On-Shelf Availability.

The role demands attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends. Prior Walgreens or retail experience is preferred; training and system usage will be provided.

Qualifications

• Six months of Walgreens experience or one year of retail experience.
• Fluent in reading, writing and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
• Experience identifying operational issues and implementing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Execute, monitor, and train inventory best practices and SOPs for the whole store (front end and pharmacy).
• Support pharmacy inventory management: receiving, counting, ordering, returns.
• Champion On-Shelf Availability; validate planograms and pricing accuracy.
• Review reports and systems for on-hand balances and pricing accuracy.
• Execute front end and pharmacy pricing tasks and maintain inventory counts.
• Open/close store as required; handle cash and POS-related duties when designated leader on duty.
• Coordinate warehouse and vendor inventory processes: orders, scans, and receipts.
• Post pharmacy shipments and manage pharmacy warehouse orders and recalls.
• Support package deliveries, pickups, and Pickup Program execution.
• Ensure regulatory pricing compliance and stock readiness; maintain clean, merchandised shelves.
