Walgreens in Colchester, CT seeks an Inventory & Operations Associate to execute inventory best practices across front-end and pharmacy, including receiving, counting, pricing, returns, and planogram validation.

You will review reports and system applications to ensure accurate on-hand balances and pricing, protect assets, and perform required postings. In designated stores, you may open/close, handle cash, and lead the team on duty to ensure a smooth start of business.

Qualifications

• Six months of prior Walgreens experience or one year in retail.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities.
• Experience identifying operational issues and implementing fixes.

Responsabilités

• Execute inventory management and pricing accuracy for front end and pharmacy.
• Review reports and systems impacting on-hand balances and pricing.
• Implement asset protection measures and manage recalls and returns.
• Open/close designated stores, including cash handling and POS tasks.
• Lead on-duty team to ensure a smooth start of business in designated stores.
