Job summary

Walgreens in Neenah, WI seeks an Inventory Associate to manage store inventory across front end and pharmacy. You will execute receiving, counting, pricing, returns, and planogram validation, ensuring accurate on-hand levels and shelf availability.

Under pharmacist supervision, you will assist with pricing, recalls, and pharmacy shipments, supporting efficient store operations and positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Six months of prior Walgreens experience or one year of retail work.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to multi task and manage execution.
• Experience in identifying operational issues and recommending and implementing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for executing, monitoring, and training inventory best practices for the store, including front end and pharmacy.
• Supports pharmacy inventory management activities, including receiving, counting, ordering, and returns.
• Champions On-Shelf Availability and validates planograms.
• Review and coordinate reports and system applications affecting on-hand balances and pricing.
• Execute front end and pharmacy asset protection, and file claims for overages, shortages, or damaged goods.
• Open/close duties in designated stores, cash handling and cashier responsibilities, and ensuring floor/stock room readiness.
