Job summary

Idlogistics is seeking an Inventory Clerk to maintain accurate inventory levels and records at our Pennsylvania facility. The role involves cycle counts, discrepancy investigation, handling returns, and ensuring proper documentation.

It requires basic education, familiarity with warehouse procedures and strong attention to detail. Responsibilities include assisting with inventories, maintaining safety standards, and proper recordkeeping.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of inventory management procedures and warehousing terminology.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems.
• Strong mathematics and data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform cycle counts daily and investigate discrepancies.
• Pull slow moving or obsolete inventory as requested by customer.
• Process returned shipments and determine first quality vs damaged items.
• Ensure documentation is signed off and filed.
• Assist with physical inventories and maintain inventory integrity.
• Identify and correct discrepancies in the system.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards per guidelines.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices and report noncompliance.
• Observe safety rules and perform other duties as assigned.
