Job summary

Utz is seeking an Inventory Control Clerk for the Weekend Day shift at the Hanover, PA facility. You will maintain precise records and support audits to ensure products are in the right place, on time, and in good condition.

The role requires strong attention to detail, independence, and collaboration with the warehouse team. Expect daily cycle counts, system audits, and routine reporting using D365 and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and ability to count/verify inventory.
• Experience in inventory control, warehousing, or related environment preferred.
• Experience with warehouse management systems; D365 experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cycle counts to verify inventory accuracy and locations.
• Research, document, and communicate discrepancies between system records and physical counts.
• Assist with unloading trailers and direct incoming product to correct location.
• Review SKUs, quantities, quality, and codes to meet standards.
• Inspect and sort product into categories (damaged, stale, good stock).
• Audit damage sheets weekly for accurate, documented adjustments.
• Run Open RMA reports in D365 and distribute to managers.
• Conduct weekly audits of trailers, TRACK and RAF locations.
• Investigate variances with leadership to identify causes and corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and proper documentation in systems.
• Promote teamwork, accountability, and safe inventory practices.
• Complete special inventory-related projects as requested.
