Job summary

Id-Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Inventory Associate for a 6am–2:30pm shift, Monday through Friday. The role focuses on cycle counts, discrepancy analysis, and inventory control within a fast-paced warehouse environment.

You will process returns, maintain documentation, and assist in physical inventories. Strong Excel and math skills, attention to detail, and safety compliance are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or 1 year related inventory control experience; AA degree preferred.
• Knowledge of inventory management procedures and warehouse terminology; familiarity with warehouse management systems.
• Strong math, PC and spreadsheet skills; can read/write routine reports.
• Interpersonal and communication skills; attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to read safety rules and procedure manuals; document writing ability.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cycle counts and investigate discrepancies to determine root cause.
• Pull slow moving or obsolete inventory as requested; lift/move products as needed.
• Process returned shipments; determine quality and sign off documentation.
• Support physical inventories with team; locate products in the system and adjust records.
• Ensure accurate documentation and maintain food safety and GMP compliance.
• Follow site safety rules; perform other duties as assigned.
