Job summary

Arhaus is seeking a Physical Inventory Specialist to keep inventory accurate across stores and 3PL locations. The role includes performing physical inventories, audits, and aligning with the corporate inventory policy.

You will collaborate with store teams and 3PL partners, using RF scanners and ERP systems to validate counts and resolve discrepancies. Travel to local and regional hubs (20–30%), maintain records of audits, variances, and reconciliations, and uphold SOX/compliance standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• 2–3 years of inventory control experience; loss prevention experience is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Position requires 20–30% travel.
• Working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office, Outlook; experience in WMS or delivery software; RF experience required.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical inventories at stores and 3PL locations to ensure financial accuracy.
• Audit inventory reporting and identify discrepancies; support root cause investigations.
• Research inventory movements and determine final product disposition; approve disposals when applicable.
• Travel to local and regional stores and 3PL locations as needed.
• Maintain organized records of audits, variances, adjustments, and reconciliation data.
