Job summary

Gellert Global Group seeks a highly analytical Logistics Analyst to join our 3rd Party Warehouse team in Alabama. You will act as the main liaison for warehouses, manage receiving data from EDI reports, and ensure inventory accuracy through data verification and root-cause analysis.

You will collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, and Sales Support to improve procedures, reconcile discrepancies, and support operational growth.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in logistics, warehouse customer service, order processing, inventory control, and/or supply chain operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Excel required (lookups, data cleaning).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks to ensure timely completion.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Main point of contact for warehouse.
• Communicate with internal and external parties through phone and email.
• Review, verify, and enter warehouse receiving data from EDI and manual reports.
• Maintain data accuracy, case counts, and documentation according to SOPs.
• Process bills of lading for accurate billing and lot control / inventory control.
• Coordinate warehouse transfers.
• Manage documentation and system accuracy for lot transformation, warehouse special projects, repack, labeling, product inspection.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies while developing and instituting corrective actions with Finance.
• Ensure inventory accuracy by researching inventory discrepancies.
• Improve, automate and simplify warehouse procedures to enhance inventory accuracy and support operational growth.
