Job summary

Gellert Global Group is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our 3rd Party Warehouse team. You will be the primary contact for warehouses, carriers, and internal teams to ensure inventory accuracy and timely order fulfillment across our warehouse network.

Responsibilities include monitoring receiving data, coordinating outbound releases, processing shipping documents, and maintaining records.

Qualifications

0-3 years in international logistics, warehouse customer service and/or order processing

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary contact for assigned warehouses.
Communicate with warehouses, carriers, customers, and internal teams through phone and email.
Monitor and enter warehouse receiving data from EDI and manual reports.
Record lot numbers, inventory transactions, and product information in accordance with company procedures.
Arrange outbound shipment releases and coordinate warehouse transfers.
Process bills of lading and related documents to support accurate inventory and billing records.
Maintain accurate warehouse records, documentation, and system information.
Research and resolve routine inventory and shipment issues.
Escalate service, inventory, or operational concerns when needed.
Prioritize daily workload and complete tasks in accordance with company procedures.
