Job summary

Gellert Global Group in New Jersey is seeking a highly analytical Logistics Analyst to join our 3rd Party Warehouse team. You will work closely with warehouses, Supply Chain, Finance and Sales Support to ensure on-time delivery of products.

Responsibilities include reviewing data from EDI, maintaining accuracy, processing bills of lading, coordinating transfers and investigating discrepancies, while driving process improvements across operations.

Qualifications

• 5 - 7 years in logistics, warehouse customer service, order processing, inventory control, and/or supply chain operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Excel (lookups, data cleaning).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize (and reprioritize when necessary) tasks to ensure timely completion.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self - motivated, able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Main point of contact for warehouse
• Communicate with internal and external parties through phone and email
• Review, verify, and enter warehouse receiving data from EDI and manual reports.
• Maintain data accuracy, case counts, and documentation according to SOPs
• Process bills of lading for accurate billing and lot control / inventory control
• Coordinate Warehouses transfers
• Manage documentation and system accuracy for lot transformation, warehouse special projects, repack, labeling, product inspection.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies while developing and instituting corrective actions with Finance department
• Ensure inventory accuracy by researching inventory discrepancies
• Improve, automate and simplify warehouse procedures to enhance inventory accuracy and support operational growth
