Job summary

Gellert Global Group is seeking a highly analytical Logistics Analyst to join our 3rd Party Warehouse team in New Jersey. The role focuses on inventory accuracy, discrepancy resolution, and root-cause analysis, partnering with Warehouse, Supply Chain, Finance, and Sales Support to ensure timely delivery of products.

The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years in logistics or related operations, strong Excel skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in logistics, warehouse customer service, or supply chain operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (LOOKUPs, data cleaning).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main point of contact for warehouse operations.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders via phone and email.
• Review and enter warehouse data (EDI and manual reports).
• Maintain data accuracy, case counts, and SOP documentation.
• Process bills of lading for accurate billing and inventory control.
• Coordinate warehouse transfers and related documentation.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions with Finance.
• Support inventory accuracy and process improvements.
