Job summary

Qualifications

• REQUIRED: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy through regular audits, cycle counts, and system reconciliations.
• Process customer fulfillment orders with precision, verifying order accuracy and coordinating shipment logistics.
• Communicate with customers shipment details.
• Analyze inventory data and production metrics to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, documenting root causes and implementing corrective actions.
• Maintain organized records and documentation related to production control, inventory transactions, and fulfillment activities.
• Communicate effectively with warehouse, production, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and timely order fulfillment.
• Generate reports on inventory levels, production status, and fulfillment performance for management review.
• Support the implementation and optimization of inventory management systems and processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards in all operational activities.
