Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience in inventory management, production control, or supply chain operations.
• Proficiency with inventory management systems, MES and ERP software, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
• Solid understanding of production planning, inventory control, and fulfillment processes.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Capability to multitask and prioritize competing demands.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy through regular audits, cycle counts, and system reconciliations
• Process customer fulfillment orders with precision, verifying order accuracy and coordinating shipment logistics
• Communicate with customers shipment details
• Analyze inventory data and production metrics to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, documenting root causes and implementing corrective actions
• Maintain organized records and documentation related to production control, inventory transactions, and fulfillment activities
• Communicate effectively with warehouse, production, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and timely order fulfillment
• Generate reports on inventory levels, production status, and fulfillment performance for management review
• Support the implementation and optimization of inventory management systems and processes
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards in all operational activities
