Job summary

Johnson Service Group is seeking an Inventory Analysis & Reconciliation Specialist in the San Jose area to maintain inventory accuracy and reconcile system and physical records. You will identify root causes of discrepancies and monitor shortages and variances with SAP/ERP systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of material handling, inventory control, or warehouse experience.
• Experience with SAP and ERP systems required.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and MS Office skills.
• Ability to lift heavy items and work in a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accuracy of material counts, locations, and transactions between warehouse and manufacturing.
• Reconcile inventory discrepancies and resolve transaction errors in SAP/ERP systems.
• Monitor and report shortages, material variances, and root causes.
• Ensure materials are returned to proper stock locations after manufacturing use.
• Support kit release processes and act as a liaison between warehouse and factory teams.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure timely resolution of open issues.
