Job summary

General Parts Distribution LLC (760) is seeking an Inventory Specialist to manage HUB operations, pull and ship orders, and support store management in merchandising and cycle counts. The role requires good communication, basic math, and ability to operate a forklift (if certified).

You will report to the General Manager and participate in training and policy compliance. Responsibilities include coordinating deliveries, maintaining inventories, and ensuring security and record-keeping standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior retail experience including basic merchandising and inventory management.
• Able to operate a forklift if certified; also comfortable using a hand truck and pallet jack.

Responsibilities

• Pull and ship HUB orders on time.
• Coordinate with store management to complete cycles counts and plan-o-grams.
• Stock parts and process callbacks and MAXI changes in the parts department.
• Ensure safety, security, and record-keeping policies are followed.
• Report to General Manager or District Manager and participate in required trainings.
