Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Hub Inventory Specialist to oversee hub operations, fulfill orders, and manage inventory accuracy across multiple stores and hubs. The role involves coordinating with drivers, suppliers, and store personnel to optimize sourcing, staging, and paperwork.

A solid background in inventory control and basic forklift/pallet jack handling is essential for success. The candidate should have retail experience, strong communication, and ability to work flexible hours

Qualifications

• Must have basic math and strong written/oral communication skills.
• Prior retail inventory experience is preferred.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill hub orders and manage hub inventory accurately.
• Review hub orders, pull parts, stage products and finalize paperwork.
• Coordinate with drivers for paperwork and routing instructions.
• Source parts through network and logistics options when unavailable.
• Maintain inventory accuracy via cycle counts and price changes.
• Manage hub records and paperwork in compliance with policies.
• Conduct overstock, callbacks, resets, and assist with front room inventory.
