Job summary

Advance Auto Parts in Braselton, GA seeks an Inventory Specialist to manage HUB operations under the General Manager, ensuring timely pull/ship of HUB orders and accurate inventory control.

Responsibilities include cycle counts, stock planning, callbacks, and coordinating with store management. The role requires strong communication, basic math, and retail experience; forklift use may be required if certified. Flexible hours including weekends may be needed.

• Retail experience with basic merchandising/inventory skills.
• Able to drive forklift, if certified.
• Well-mannered and able to interact with the public professionally.

• Flexible hours including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Pull and ship HUB orders on time.
• If HUB order can’t be filled, call servicing store before next HUB run explaining how to reorder.
• Perform cycle counts in the parts department including OUTS.
• Complete plan-ograms and stock all parts in the department.
• Assist with department callbacks and MAXI changes.
• Adhere to all laws, policies, and safety procedures.
• Train and develop team members as directed by GM.
• Coordinate product delivery, inventory levels, and daily records.
• Ensure security, customer service, and record-keeping policies are followed.
