The position requires strong basic math, good communication, physical stamina for lifting up to 100 pounds, and the ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must have strong oral and written communication skills.
• Retail experience and understanding of merchandising helpful.
• Experience with inventory management and cycle counts preferred.
• Ability to operate forklift if certified.
• Comfort with basic math and record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Pull and ship HUB orders on time.
• If a HUB order can’t be filled, call the servicing store before the next HUB run and explain reordering.
• Perform cycle counts of parts and update records.
• Assist with plan-o-grams and stocking of parts.
• Train and develop team members as directed by GM.
• Ensure compliance with safety and policy requirements.
