Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Hub Operations Lead to oversee day-to-day HUB functions, including order fulfillment, inventory control, and related processes. The role may involve supervising HUB Inventory Specialists and Hub Drivers, coordinating with stores, hubs, and external suppliers, and ensuring standard compliance.

Ideal candidates will have store systems knowledge, basic parts knowledge, and prior leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Retail inventory and operations experience.
• Able to drive forklift if certified.
• Capability to lift up to 100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Manage hub operations and resolve hub orders promptly.
• Provide direction, organize and delegate work for hub team members.
• Review hub orders, pull parts, stage product, finalize paperwork.
• Coordinate with drivers and store network for fulfillment options.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and stock levels across hubs.
• Lead stocking activities and ensure completion within 24 hours.
• Ensure hub records and paperwork policies are followed.
• Communicate risks or concerns regarding fulfillment to leadership.
