Job summary

Starbucks is seeking a materials handling representative I to support distribution center operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will manage order processing and daily shipping/receiving tasks, interact with Oracle EBS to enter and track orders, and help maintain inventory accuracy and timely fulfillment.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills, plus the ability to work variable shifts and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• 80% of the role is primary support of day-to-day shipping and receiving operations; troubleshoot discrepancies, organize warehouse.
• Performs daily inventory counts and reconciliations in reserve stock locations; follow cycle count processes.
• Investigates and corrects discrepancies within the Warehouse Management System; track errors and perform root-cause analysis.
• Maintains inventory availability status for items with quality or shelf-life issues to support brand quality.
• May enter orders into the system; review invoices for accuracy and approval.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
