Job summary

Alliance is seeking an Inventory/Materials Handler to receive, identify, store, and deliver materials for processing and shipment. You will label, pack, and load items while maintaining accurate stock records and performing cycle counts.

The role requires forklift operation, adherence to safety protocols, and occasional overtime. A high school diploma and basic computer skills are required, with ERP experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• General computer experience; MS Office preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems preferred.
• Ability to read basic blueprints (situational).

Responsibilities

• Receive, identify, store and deliver raw materials and parts for processing or shipment.
• Label, pack, load items for shipment per specifications; unload trucks and inspect goods.
• Maintain inventory records, perform cycle counts, and reconcile variances.
• Liaise with vendors; assist with data entry and office tasks as needed.
• Operate forklift or hand trucks; adhere to safety procedures and overtime requirements.
