Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with distribution/logistics supervisor on truck deliveries and loading plans.
• Direct drivers to receiving locations.
• Prepare shipping documents and freight bills for outgoing shipments.
• Process shipping transactions in ERP to support shipments.
• Coordinate with customs brokers and freight carriers.
• Assist in ensuring on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain shipment documentation for tracking and accuracy.
• Communicate shipment status to internal and external customers.
