Pandora is seeking a Warehouse Assistant for our AME Operations in Maryland. The role supports warehouse operations, ensuring accurate processing, inspection, and storage of merchandise in a fast-paced environment.

You will use WMS and handheld devices, and collaborate with teammates to meet production, quality, and safety standards. Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or GED and 1–3 years of warehouse experience, with strong attention to detail and good communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of warehouse, distribution, or similar environment preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately.
• Basic math and computer skills; good problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, sort, process, and store incoming, returned, and transferred merchandise.
• Pick, pack, audit, and prepare customer and store orders accurately and efficiently.
• Perform inventory activities including replenishments, stock moves, put-aways, cycle counts, and audits.
• Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS), scanners, handheld devices, and other tools to complete tasks.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure safety and quality standards.
