Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and hold accountable the Inventory and Fulfillment team.
• Set and manage supply inventory levels using kanban and planning tools.
• Establish finished goods inventory levels to meet demand for retail, special orders, and launches.
• Ensure all orders are shipped within one business day; meet promised lead times with accuracy.
• Coordinate receiving, inspections and vendor communications; align with Purchasing.
• Build and continuously improve inventory and fulfillment systems for accuracy and flow.
