Job summary

The position requires ensuring the production line receives correct parts, maintaining proper records for shipping and receiving, and driving continuous improvement while complying with safety policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory control or operations a plus.
• Ability to monitor performance and suggest process improvements.
• Familiarity with shipping, receiving, stockroom records.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations in inventory control per procedures.
• Assist in monitoring department performance and implement revisions.
• Ensure tools, equipment, and visuals are up to date and in working order.
• Provide feedback to Inventory Control and Quality teams and help solve scheduling/ equipment issues.
• Coordinate with supervisors, engineering, program management and other plant functions.
• Verify accuracy of shipping/receiving documents and aging of materials.
• Ensure correct parts reach the production line and materials are stocked promptly.
• Identify performance issues and support safety and security policies.
