Job summary

You will drive inventory accuracy, safety, and KPI monitoring, and push process improvements across the supply chain, aligning with budgets and company values.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of leadership experience in fulfillment or distribution.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple Fulfillment Supervisors, Warehouse Leads, and associates.
• Build rapport with partners and manage client communications to ensure service excellence.
• Maintain safety, customer service, and productivity standards daily.
• Lead inventory control, audits, cycle counts, and data integrity in ERP/WMS.
• Drive continuous improvement and cost control across the supply chain.
