Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking an Inventory Control Coordinator for a Biotechnology/Medical Products Distribution client in Fremont, CA. You will support distribution and inventory operations, shipping, receiving and cycle counting to maintain accuracy and compliance.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, distribution/warehouse experience, forklift operation, and basic computer skills with WMS/ERP systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in distribution warehouse or related field.
• Experience operating powered industrial trucks and basic computer skills.
• Ability to follow SOPs, ISO guidelines, and complete accurate documentation.

Responsibilities

• Shipping: Prepare, verify, pack, process, and document customer shipments to ensure accurate, safe dispatch.
• Receiving: Receive incoming materials, verify shipments against documentation, complete required system transactions, and ensure proper routing to storage or staging areas.
• Inventory Control: Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting, discrepancy investigation, material status management, location verification, inventory adjustments, and support of physical inventory movement and transfers.
• Picking: Accurately pick and stage materials or finished goods by verifying item number, lot, quantity, expiration requirements, and order information before transferring to the next operational step.
• Support daily inventory readiness by assisting with QAD reconciliation, material disposition, verification of inventory locations, and lot/expiration information; help with W2W readiness and expired/blocked/obsolete material cleanup, plus complete additional duties as assigned.
