Job summary

You will enter purchase orders and sales orders into Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, track production, and ensure timely logging of components for retail orders. You will collaborate with Pre-Production, Production Manager, Logistics, and Accounting to confirm costs, manage deliveries domestically and internationally, and prepare

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years experience in data entry, purchasing, or supply chain coordination.
• High accuracy in data entry.
• Strong communication and teamwork.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Dynamics/Business Central.

Responsibilities

• Enter POs and SOs into ERP and coordinate PO submission with vendors.
• Maintain Production WIP/tracker with essential PO information.
• Ensure timely and accurate purchasing, logging, tracking of components.
• Collaborate with Pre-Production to confirm costs, components, allocations.
• Oversee timely delivery of production orders domestically and internationally.
• Prepare shipping docs and coordinate deliveries with 3PLs when needed.
• Support month-end accounting procedures and vendor payments.
• Develop process improvements to enhance order processing efficiency.
