Job summary

Altium Packaging in Fresno, CA is seeking a Production Inventory Control Manager to plan plant production schedules, ensure seamless material flow and maintain accurate inventory of goods. The role involves coordinating with production, quality, CSR and Sales teams to optimize operations and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include production scheduling, inventory management, continuous improvement, order management (EDI) and purchasing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent 4+ years in inventory control, logistics or related discipline.
• 3+ years of logistics experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems; JDE a plus.
• Strong communication with internal/external customers; analytical/problem-solving focus.

Responsibilities

• Schedule production and ensure material availability for timely production.
• Manage inventory, cycle counts, BOM reviews, and supplier coordination.
• Coordinate with Sales and other departments to avoid delays and drive improvements.
• Enter daily production reports and manage EDI order processing and materials planning.
