Job summary

MillenniumSoft Inc. is looking for an Inventory Worker to support logistics and manufacturing production in San Jose, CA. The role focuses on material handling, order fulfillment, and coordinating RMA-related activities within a 12-month contract.

First shift hours are 7-9 AM to 3-5 PM with potential overtime; candidates must lift up to 50 pounds and communicate clearly in writing and verbally.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–1 year warehouse experience or related training preferred.
• Must obtain/maintain required licenses or certifications as needed.
• Basic training in analytical methods or operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate OEM service activity, including collection and reporting of quality data and RMAs.
• Coordinate material repair requests at Global Repair Center; work with minimal instruction.
• May lead or guide other associates and assist with service administration tasks.
• Adhere to SOPs, quality guidelines and safety standards in all duties.
• Monitor OEM service levels (e.g., cycle time) and report related metrics.
• Support regulatory compliance efforts and EH&S programs as needed.
• Perform other related duties and assignments as required.
