Job summary

Clear Destination Inc. in Blue Ash, OH is seeking a Fulfillment Control Specialist to safeguard inventory accuracy and ensure correct order fulfillment through cycle counts, audits, and reconciliations.

You will support picking, packing, staging, and shipping while upholding quality standards and safety guidelines. The role requires 1+ year of supervisory or lead experience in a warehouse setting, knowledge of WMS and RF scanners, and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of supervisory or lead experience in a fulfillment, warehouse, or distribution environment.
• Familiarity with WMS and RF scanning technology.
• Experience tracking and managing KPIs such as productivity, accuracy, and labor utilization.
• Experience working during peak seasons, overtime periods, or extended shifts.
• Understanding of picking, packing, shipping, and receiving processes.
• Familiarity with inventory control principles and accuracy standards.
• Basic math skills.
• Basic Excel knowledge.
• Able to communicate effectively and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation of discrepancies.
• Audit inbound receipts to ensure quantities, product identification, and condition match purchase orders and documentation.
• Validate outbound orders for accuracy prior to shipment, ensuring correct items, quantities, and packaging.
• Investigate and resolve inventory variances, shortages, overages, and fulfillment errors; document findings and corrective actions.
• Support warehouse fulfillment operations, including picking, packing, staging, and shipping.
• Ensure adherence to established warehouse procedures, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
• Identify trends or recurring issues related to inventory or fulfillment accuracy and recommend process improvements.
