Job summary

Crane in Northern Kentucky seeks an Inventory Control Supervisor to optimize stock levels and coordinate comprehensive audits. You will publish schedules, analyze inventory data, and collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure timely product readiness.

The role demands strong communication, audit proficiency, and the ability to lead a small team in a fast-paced logistics environment. Proficiency with WMS and Excel is preferred, with strong attention to quality standards.

Qualifications

• Must have strong verbal and written communication with internal and external customers.
• Ability to build a team, establish processes, and hold direct reports accountable.
• Excellent audit skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a cooperative, team-oriented environment.
• Strong attention to detail and knowledge of inventory quality control requirements and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates inventory needs and implements strategies to meet those needs.
• Publishes weekly inventory count, spot audit, and quality audit schedules.
• Coordinates audit schedules with Warehouse Supervisors daily to assign necessary product, equipment, and personnel.
• Provides daily written and electronic analysis of inventory and audit results.
• Spot audit activities include unloading, receiving, checking, locating, packing, and shipping; results are documented in Excel.
