Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to support store operations through inventory control, receiving accuracy, and compliance routines. The role requires flexibility, strong attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset to ensure Legendary Customer Service.

You will be responsible for receiving, adjustments, reconciliations, and reporting while collaborating with the Store Operations Manager.

Qualifications

• Experience in shipping/receiving is preferred but not required.
• Retail or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older and possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Fulfill all receiving, inventory, and compliance tasks.
• Pull OMNI orders in the morning and support BOPIS/OMNI reconciliation routines.
• Receive Direct POs and DC transfers and execute truck unload plans.
• Stock and tag direct vendor freight and DC freight per standards.
• Create fill-to-capacity picklists for the Freight Team as assigned.
• Ensure accuracy of inventory adjustments and reports.
