Job summary

CarMax in Warner Robins, GA is seeking a Flow Inventory Associate to maintain precise vehicle inventory and support the customer experience. You will handle vehicle receiving and shipping, lot maintenance, merchandising, and photo uploads to ensure each listing meets CarMax's quality standards.

The role demands accuracy in data, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, flexible hours including nights and weekends, and adherence to EH&S rules.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required and ability to meet driving standards.
• High school diploma or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Ability to read, interpret, and transcribe data for inventory records.
• Completion of Inventory Associate workstation certifications and trainings.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work indoors and outdoors.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory by following CarMax processes.
• Receive and secure vehicles shipped to CarMax and prepare title packets.
• Perform lot maintenance and merchandising; keep display areas clean.
• Prep vehicles for customer returns and loaners, including washing.
• Execute photo station process for CarMax.com listings.
• Drive vehicles on and off the lot for repairs, storage, and auction support.
• Follow EH&S requirements and maintain a clean work area.
