Job summary

Perrigo in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking an Operations Financial Analyst focused on inventory. You will analyze and reconcile inventory balances, manage cycle count policy, and provide data to support audit outcomes and decision making.

The role partners with OPS US management to coordinate budgeting, forecasting, and period-end processes, and requires a Bachelor’s in accounting or finance with 5+ years in manufacturing accounting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance with 5+ years of manufacturing accounting experience.
• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with SAP, Excel, BPC AO, and Crystal Reports.
• Excellent communication and ability to work independently to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop inventory analysis reports; analyze variances; reconcile accounts to GL; prepare monthly journal entries.
• Prepare monthly reconciliations and manage Cycle Count Policy with auditors.
• Coordinate site visits; liaise with internal and external auditors on SOX compliance.
• Lead financial planning, budgeting and forecasting for inventory with OPS US management.
• Ensure GAAP procedures; summarize and communicate periodic results; track inventory reserves.
