Job summary

Alliance PTP Partners in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a Financial Analyst for a hybrid US-based role. You will support budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to understand drivers of business performance and drive action plans with Finance Manager and Controller.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting with about 2 years of experience. Advanced Excel and experience with BI tools and MS Dynamics/Great Plains are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required; 2+ years of relevant work experience.
• Advanced degree is a plus.
• Expert Excel proficiency; experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI).
• Experience with MS Great Plains or MS Dynamics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial plans, including cash, productivity, margin, growth, and variance analysis.
• Analyze financial results against budget and forecast; provide insights and recommendations.
• Identify key drivers and partner with operating teams to improve performance.
• Produce monthly and ad hoc reports for field and board administration.
