Job summary

Augmentis seeks a Financial Analyst or Senior Financial Analyst to support a West Michigan plant with annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and month-end close. The role includes financial reporting, variance analysis, and internal control testing, with relocation assistance offered.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree, 2+ years in accounting/finance, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in MS Office. ERP experience (Epicor/Oracle/Hyperion) is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an accounting role with financial analysis.
• Strong analytical and decision‑making skills; synthesize data and make calls.
• Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication; cross‑functional teamwork.
• MS Office proficiency; Epicor, Oracle, and Hyperion experience a plus.
• ITAR and U.S. person status required.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship).

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly forecasts, weekly updates, and analysis of results.
• Perform monthly reconciliations and inventory analysis.
• Conduct SOX/compliance related internal controls testing.
• Analyze variances and plant expenses affecting job costing.
• Support budgeting and periodic reporting of key metrics.
• Assist auditors during facility audits.
• Post journal entries and handle related accounting tasks.
