Augmentis is seeking a Financial Analyst or Senior Financial Analyst to support our West Michigan client with annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and cost analysis. The role offers full relocation assistance, remote-start for 30–60 days, and a path to growth within a global manufacturing leader.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in accounting/financial analysis, strong analytical skills, and experience with ERP systems like Epicor/Oracle/Hyperion. This position requires U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or equivalent.
• 2+ years in accounting/financial analysis or reporting.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; comfortable cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly forecasts and variance analyses for the plant and leadership.
• Perform account reconciliations and inventory analysis.
• Support SOX/compliance testing and internal controls.
• Review manufacturing variances and cost of production items.
• Assist with budgeting and periodic reporting of key metrics.
• Support internal and external audits on facility operations.
• Analyze pricing factors affecting profitability of products/services.
• Prepare journal entries and assist with month-end close.
• Report results to corporate regularly.
