Job summary

Formlabs is seeking a Finance & Operations Analyst to bridge transactional finance operations and factory production in Perrysburg, Ohio. You will process AP, manage inventory data, and maintain BOMs while driving process improvements across ERP systems such as NetSuite and Coupa.

With 2–4 years in a plant manufacturing context, you will collaborate with accounting and production teams to ensure data integrity and informed decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or related field is required.
• 2–4 years in a plant manufacturing environment focused on AP, inventory, cost accounting and data analysis.
• Experience with mid-to-enterprise ERP platforms and modern procurement databases is highly preferred.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills with ability to analyze production data.

Responsibilities

• Accounts Payable & Employee Expenses: process invoices, reconcile balances, and handle T&E claims.
• Inventory Production Data Entry: input daily manufacturing data and audit logs for accuracy.
• BOM Maintenance: support BOM configurations and item costing in the ERP.
• Process Optimization: identify bottlenecks and help format variance reports for leadership.
