Job summary

Grip is seeking a data-oriented Inventory Manager in Miami to own inventory accuracy across all Grip facilities. You will drive best practices, audits, and continuous improvement from operations to systems.

You will redesign SOPs, coordinate facility requests, and partner with data and technology teams to ensure reliable, scalable inventory systems that support Grip's nationwide network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Admin, or related field.
• Experience in inventory management and audits across multiple facilities.
• Strong data orientation with dashboards and inventory systems.
• Excellent English communication and attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel to Grip facilities.

Responsibilities

• Own inventory accuracy across all facilities and enforce best practices.
• Lead full facility audits, cycle counts, and physicals.
• Redesign SOPs and establish system-based monitoring.
• Coordinate facility inventory requests and project timelines.
• Collaborate with data and tech teams to ensure reliable integrations.
