Job summary

Grip Clean in Murrieta, CA seeks an organized Inventory & Operations Manager to oversee inventory, purchasing, order processing, invoicing, and daily operations. You will forecast demand, prevent stockouts, manage vendors, and enter POs and invoices in QuickBooks. This role requires multitasking in a small-business setting with hands-on ownership of inventory and systems.

• Inventory Management & Forecasting: monitor stock levels and forecast needs to prevent stockouts.

• Invoicing & QuickBooks: enter POs, generate invoices, process vendor bills, maintain records.
• Customer & Order Support: resolve shipping, order, and invoice issues.

Job description

Grip Clean is looking for an organized, detail-oriented Inventory & Operations Manager to help manage inventory, purchasing, order processing, invoicing, and day-to-day business operations.

Inventory management and forecasting will be the #1 priority of this position. We need someone who can stay ahead of stock levels, monitor product and material needs, and help make sure we have the right inventory available at the right time.

Primary Responsibilities

• Inventory Management & Forecasting — Monitor finished goods and raw materials, maintain accurate inventory levels, forecast future needs, and help prevent stockouts.
• Purchasing & Vendors — Place purchase orders, source materials, coordinate deliveries, communicate with suppliers, and help manage vendor relationships.
• Order Processing — Enter and manage customer and retail orders, including EDI purchase orders.
• Invoicing & QuickBooks — Enter POs, create customer invoices, process vendor bills, and maintain accurate records.
• Customer & Order Support — Help resolve shipping, order, invoice, or customer issues as needed.
• General Operations — Assist with office, facility, and operational tasks that help keep the business running smoothly.

Helpful Experience

Experience with QuickBooks, EDI, ShipStation, Shopify, Amazon, or inventory-management systems is a plus.
